In response to recent media reports regarding the charges filed by the Public Prosecutor against the Corporation in relation to the alleged corruption case involving the issuance of export facilities for crude palm oil (CPO) and its derivatives during the period of January 2022 – March 2022, Permata Group would like to provide the following statement:

We acknowledge that the prosecution’s charges are within the exclusive authority of the Public Prosecutor and do not impose an immediate or binding sanction on our Corporation. As such, we remain fully cooperative and respectful of the ongoing legal proceedings at the Central Jakarta District Court, while upholding the fundamental principle of presumption of innocence until a legally binding verdict is rendered.

Notwithstanding these proceedings, we assure all stakeholders that our company’s operations continue to function as usual, ensuring the highest level of service and commitment to our business partners and valued stakeholders.
